LLM / NLP Engineer (Mid → Senior)

Tech stack: Agent & Workflow: n8n Language: JavaScript (Node.js) Database: PostgreSQL Vector DB: pgvector

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in NLP, ML, or LLM-based systems
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js)
• Practical experience with embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures
• Experience working with OpenAI, LLaMA, or similar large language models
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and pgvector
• Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to design structured LLM outputs
• Production-oriented mindset and attention to reliability and quality

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RAG pipelines over large chat and message datasets
• Build and maintain AI workflows using n8n agents and automation chains
• Implement semantic search and retrieval using pgvector
• Develop LLM-based classifiers for driver status, incident type, and sentiment/mood
• Design structured outputs (JSON, evidence, confidence) for AI responses
• Build prompt pipelines for timeline analysis and operational reports
• Improve retrieval quality through chunking, filtering, and reranking
• Reduce hallucinations through grounded and evidence-based generation
• Collaborate closely with backend and data teams
