Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in software development projects
Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Experience working with technical specifications, standards, and regulatory documentation
Ability to analyze complex regulatory or standards-based documentation and convert it into clear system requirements
Experience writing technical and functional requirements that ensure full compliance with applicable rules and standards
Strong skills in business process modeling and documentation
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations
Experience in software testing, including acceptance testing
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking environment
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
Fluent English (required)
Proficient in Uzbek or Russian

Responsibilities:

Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications and functional requirements
Analyze regulatory and standards-based documentation and derive compliant technical requirements
Develop and document business processes according to project requirements
Create UI schemes and wireframes in collaboration with designers
Support development teams with requirement clarifications and acceptance criteria
Conduct acceptance testing and verify software compliance with documented requirements
