Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Freelance Kids Coding Instructors to teach foundational programming and computational thinking to children aged 6–14. This role emphasizes engagement, creativity, and logical reasoning over rote coding. You will guide students through hands-on projects, helping them turn ideas into interactive games, animations, and simple applications in a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities: Teach beginner to intermediate coding concepts using: Scratch / Scratch Jr, Blockly-based platforms, Introductory Python Design age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with children’s cognitive development Deliver project-based learning (games, animations, simple apps) Foster creativity, problem-solving, and computational thinking Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment Track student progress and communicate clearly with parents and SSA coordinators Ensure lessons are engaging, well-organized, and outcome-oriented

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience) Experience teaching or working with children aged 6–14 Basic understanding of child psychology and learning styles Strong communication skills in English Russian and/or Uzbek is a strong advantage Passion for education, patience, and a learner-centered mindset
