Business Analyst (4+ years of experience required)

• Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications and functional requirements
• Analyze regulatory and standards-based documentation and derive compliant technical requirements
• Develop and document business processes according to project requirements
• Create UI schemes and wireframes in collaboration with designers
• Support development teams with requirement clarifications and acceptance criteria
• Conduct acceptance testing and verify software compliance with documented requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software development projects
• Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience working with technical specifications, standards, and regulatory documentation
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory or standards-based documentation and convert it into clear system requirements
• Experience writing technical and functional requirements that ensure full compliance with applicable rules and standards
• Strong skills in business process modeling and documentation
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations
• Experience in software testing, including acceptance testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Fluent English (required)
• Proficient in Uzbek or Russian
