#sales Hiring: Sales Manager
About the Role We are hiring a** Sales Manager** to drive sales and manage operations for Exelare, an AI-powered ATS & CRM for US staffing agencies. You will qualify inbound leads, run demos, close deals, and manage customer onboarding. Success = closed deals and satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
- Use modern sales and marketing tools to increase the outreach and conversions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to signed contract and onboarding.
- Run high-impact product demos and sales presentations for US staffing agencies
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring no lead "goes cold" through rigorous follow-ups.
- Identify friction points in the customer journey—from the first click on an ad to the initial onboarding —and fix them.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics across the team
- Report on performance metrics, customer feedback and market insights
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales or marketing operations, preferably in the US market
- Proven track record closing deals in enterprise-level SaaS products
- Comfortable with modern tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, VAPI
- Strong analytical skills (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI, PostHog, Amplitude, SQL)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (IELTS 7+)
- Strong organizational and execution skills with leadership mindset (Calendly, Notion)
- Understanding of ATS, CRM, HR Tech, or recruiting industry (bonus)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $1,000/month
- Performance bonuses for each closed deal

- Timezone is based on US working hours
